Autumn's Advancing

Oh my goodness, hello! It certainly feels like it's been a while, doesn't it? Perhaps that's because of how incredibly busy I've been and how time seems to fly on by. As you probably already know I am (finally) back in San Francisco and have begun my third year of university! It's so hard to believe I will have a college degree by the end of the year. I don't feel old enough yet! And yet here I am already beginning to search for an apartment. It's funny how much faster university seems compared to high school. The first few weeks certainly haven't been easy, getting back into the swing of things and such, but nothing worth doing is ever easy, I suppose. I have a very optimistic view for the future!

My first day back in the city was just as I pictured it would be! I was reunited with Chris after spending another summer apart so we had all sorts of fun things planned--including a double dinner date at Benihana in Japan Town with my big brother Josh and his girlfriend Salia. She actually handmade my amazing purse from a vintage copy of Les Misérables for my birthday! It's the perfect size for my phone and I am positively smitten with it. If you're as in love with the idea as I am you should check out her newly opened shop where she will be selling more like this for a great deal! All each one of a kind of course, and made with lots of love ;-)

One of the best parts about being home is being able to wear my perfect To Tommy From Zooey dress and tights! I have been waiting ages to put this outfit together and it was worth the wait now that I have the perfect handbag to match! Since most of my clothes were here in storage, I am very happy to be reunited with those again... so many more styling opportunities! Even if I am currently out of space to hang/store a large amount of them(−_−;)

Although I have my work cut out for me this semester, I am definitely excited and ready to give it my all! After such a productive summer I feel I am more ready than ever to take it on. Hopefully I will be able to share some of my work with you all at some point, who knows! I hope you are all having a lovely start to your autumn (my favourite season!) and remember--all of your hard work will pay off sometime very soon!

Stay sweet ♡
Sarah
